Securities Intermediary. Have the meanings given to them in the PPSA.

Securities Intermediary. Used herein as so defined

Securities Intermediary. The following terms used in this Agreement shall have the same meanings herein as set forth in the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in the State of New York as in effect from time to time: "Commodity Account," "Commodity Contract," "Commodity Intermediary," "Entitlement Order," 2 (MKL) Standard Form IAA 2017-02-15 "Financial Asset," "Instrument," "Investment Property," "Proceeds," "Securities," "Securities Account," "Security Entitlement," and "Securities Intermediary."

Securities Intermediary. Has the meaning assigned to the term "securities intermediary" in the Uniform Commercial Code.

Securities Intermediary. Has the meaning given such term in Section ----------------------- 8-102(a)(14) of the UCC.

Securities Intermediary. As so defined

Securities Intermediary. The following terms that are defined in the Uniform Commercial Code from time to time in effect in the State of New York (the "UCC") are used herein as so defined: Certificated Security, Control, Entitlement Order, Financial Asset, Instrument (as defined in Section 9-102(47) of the UCC), Investment Company Security, Securities Account, Security, Security Entitlement, Securities Intermediary and Uncertificated Security.

Securities Intermediary. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.
