Securities that are not eligible for purchase by the Fund. Unless the Fund otherwise notifies any Access Person to the contrary, include (a) any security issued by an investment company; (b) any security that is registered on a national securities exchange; (c) any security that has unlisted trading privileges on a national securities exchange; (d) any OTC margin stock or bond as defined in Regulation T issued by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ('Regulation T'); (e) any other margin... security as defined in Regulation T; (f) the purchase and sale of commodities or commodities contracts; (g) any put, call, straddle, option, or privilege related to any of the foregoing and (h) any other security other than common or preferred stock or notes, bonds or debentures convertible into common or preferred stock or notes, bonds, or debentures combined with warrants, options, or other rights to acquire common or preferred stock.
