Security Agreement

Security Agreement. That certain Third Amended and Restated Security Agreement, dated March 31, 2008, as amended by a Fourth Amendment of Security Agreement among Borrower and Lenders pursuant to which Borrower is granting Lenders a first priority perfected security interest in certain specified collateral to secure Borrower's obligations under this Agreement and the Note.

Security Agreement. Means that certain Second Amended and Restated Security Agreement, dated as of August 16, 2012, by and between the Company and David B. Jones, as administrative agent on behalf of the Secured Parties (as defined therein).

Security Agreement. A security agreement encumbering all of the Company's accounts receivable to secure the Company's obligations hereunder, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

Security Agreement. A security agreement encumbering all of the stock of the Company's wholly owned Plastic Printing Professionals, Inc. subsidiary to secure the Company's obligations hereunder, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

Security Agreement. Shall mean the first lien security agreement dated as of the date hereof among the Pledgors and the Collateral Agent, as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Security Agreement. The Security Agreement between Borrower and Lender dated even date herewith.

Security Agreement. The Security Agreement, dated as of November 12, 2008, by and between Borrower, the Lender, the Collateral Agent, and the Guarantors

Security Agreement. Means that certain Security Agreement executed by Borrower in favor of Lender of even date herewith.

Security Agreement. Means this Security Agreement (Intellectual Property) and all exhibits and schedules hereto, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented or restated.
