Example Definitions of "Security Agreement"
Security Agreement. Means that certain Security Agreement (Accounts) now or hereafter executed by the Guarantor, the Borrower or any of their Subsidiaries in favor of the Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Lenders, as they may be amended or modified and in effect from time to time.
Security Agreement. Shall mean the Security Agreement dated an even date herewith by and among the Payor, the Holder, and the other holders of Notes.
Security Agreement. Means each of the Purchase Security Agreement and the Inventory Security Agreement. 5
Security Agreement. Means this Security Agreement and all Schedules hereto, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
Security Agreement. Means an agreement, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, executed by the Borrower and each other grantor, if any, and granting to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, a security interest in certain collateral acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders.
