Example Definitions of "Security Document"
Security Document. Any of the following documents which may now exist or hereafter be executed related to the Premises or any portion thereof: (a) ground or underlying license or lease; (b) mortgage or deed of trust, including any advances made thereunder; and (c) any renewal, modification, replacement or extension of any such license, lease, mortgage or deed of trust.
Security Document. The instrument entitled "Deed to Secure Debt, Assignment of Rents and Leases and Security Agreement," dated as of the Document Date, between the Issuer and the Purchaser, its successors and assigns, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit D to the Bond Resolution, securing the Bond
