Security Documents

Security Documents. Shall mean the State Loan Documents and the Note Documents.

Security Documents. The deeds of trust, security agreements and other agreements, instruments and documents now or hereafter securing all or any portion of Collateral Agent's Debt.

Security Documents. Shall mean this Note, the Original Note, the First Amended Note, the Mortgage, the Indemnity Agreement, the First Loan Modification Agreement, the Second Loan Modification Agreement, the Third Loan Modification Agreement, and the Hazardous Substances Indemnity, and all other documents executed by Borrower and others which evidence, secure or set forth the terms of the Loan.
