Security Instrument. Has the meaning set forth in the above Recitals.
Security Instrument. Means the written document(s) listed in Exhibit A attached hereto, signed and delivered from time to time to the Lender in connection with Indebtedness owed by Borrower to the Lender.

Security Instrument. Means the multifamily mortgage, deed to secure debt or deed of trust effective as of the effective date of this Note, from Borrower to or for the benefit of Lender and securing this Note.
Security Instrument. Means the mortgage, deed of trust, deed to secure debt, or other similar security instrument encumbering the Property and securing Borrower's performance of its Loan obligations.
Security Instrument. Includes the Deed of Trust and Security Agreements dated the date hereof as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time covering the Property.
