Security Procedure

Security Procedure. (r) "Security Procedure" means a security procedure created by Xapo with best efforts to be followed: (i) by the Trust or the Sponsor, as applicable, upon the issuance of an Instruction by Xapo via Xapo's Services; or (ii) by Xapo upon the receipt of an Instruction from the Trust or the Sponsor, as applicable, via Xapo's Services so as to enable Xapo to verify that such Instruction is authorized, as set forth in operating procedures documentation in effect from time to time with... respect to the services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement, or as otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
