Security Solution. Security Solution. The APPLE proprietary content protection system, marketed as Fairplay, in effect as of the Effective Date, as modified and updated, from time to time, during the Term, intended to reasonably protect Videos Sold on the Online Store pursuant to this Agreement, which content protection system performs, at a minimum, the operations and functions described in Exhibit H attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference and shall, at all times during the Term (i) be no less protective than, and... the same as, the protection system used to protect any similar third party audio-visual content from similar third parties, on the Online Store, and (ii) offer a level of protection not less than the level of protection afforded by Fairplay as of the Effective Date.
