Example Definitions of "Security"
Security. Shall have the broadest meanings assigned to them by the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act") or the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act)
Security. Shares of Stock or Focus LLC Units
