Security. As so defined

Security. The following terms that are defined in the Uniform Commercial Code from time to time in effect in the State of New York (the "UCC") are used herein as so defined: Certificated Security, Control, Entitlement Order, Financial Asset, Instrument (as defined in Section 9-102(47) of the UCC), Investment Company Security, Securities Account, Security, Security Entitlement, Securities Intermediary and Uncertificated Security.

Security. Means any security or collateral held by or for the Buyer Agent, for the benefit of the Buyers, for the Repurchase Transactions or the Guarantied Obligations, whether real or personal property, including any mortgage, deed of trust, financing statement, security agreement, and other security document or instrument of any kind securing the Repurchase Transactions in whole or in part.

Security. A letter of credit (in form and from an institution reasonably acceptable to Seller) or a cash escrow in the amount of the cost of the Other Improvements to be provided to the Escrow Agent at Closing.
