Securityholders Agreement

Securityholders Agreement. The term "Securityholders Agreement" shall mean the Securityholders Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Company, Vestar, Greenbriar, GS Mezzanine and the other securityholders party thereto, as it may be amended or supplemented thereafter from time to time.

Securityholders Agreement. Means the Securityholders' Agreement dated as of December 2007 by and among the Company and the signatories thereto, as may be amended from time to time.

Securityholders Agreement. Means the Securityholders' Agreement dated February 9, 2007 between the Company and certain stockholders of the Company, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Securityholders Agreement. Means the Securityholders' Agreement dated December 19, 2003 between the Company and certain stockholders of the Company, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Securityholders Agreement. Means the Securityholders Agreement of the Company, dated as of May 5, 1998, as the same has been and may be amended from time to time.

Securityholders Agreement. Means that certain Securityholders Agreement dated the date hereof to be entered into by and among the Surviving Entity and its members.

Securityholders Agreement. Means that certain Securityholders Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among Parent, Luxco, Dutchco, Bain, and CCMPA.

Securityholders Agreement. Shall mean that certain Securityholders Agreement dated as of June 23, 2003, among the Company and certain shareholders thereof, as may be amended and/or restated from time to time.

Securityholders Agreement. Shall mean the Securityholders' Agreement dated as of the Effective Date by and among the Company, Court Square II, and certain other persons named therein, as amended from time to time.

Securityholders Agreement. The Securityholders Agreement entered into between the Company and the Participant.
