Segment EBITDA

Segment EBITDA. Shall mean a specified segment's net income (or loss) before income taxes, interest expense, depreciation and amortization, adjusted to exclude stock-based compensation expense, incentive compensation expense, cumulative effect of accounting changes and one-time, nonrecurring expenses.
