Self-Insured Loans

Self-Insured Loans. Loans made by JPMorgan Chase under the Campus Choice Loan Program that (a) are originated, disbursed, and serviced in accordance with the criteria adopted in Exhibit F to the Loan Origination Agreement (attached hereto below), as may be amended from time to time, (b) involve the pricing set forth in Schedule A attached to the Loan Origination Agreement (attached hereto below), as amended from time to time, and (c) are not subject to any of the terms of the Guaranty Agreement.
