Example Definitions of "Sell Window"
Sell Window. Means a period established by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") (or any Committee appointed by the Board to administer the Chipotle Executive Stock Option Plan) in its discretion, pursuant to the Chipotle Executive Stock Option Plan. A Sell Window shall last for the period determined pursuant to the Chipotle Executive Stock Plan.
