Seller Junior Indebtedness

Seller Junior Indebtedness. And include without limitation all present and future indebtedness, obligations, liabilities, claims, rights and demands owing from Borrower to the Seller except the Seller Senior Indebtedness and the Boston Beer Note, including without limitation obligations of the Borrower to the Seller arising under the Seller Junior Credit Agreements.
