Seller License

Seller License. An agreement between Buyer, as licensor, and Seller, as licensee, the form of which is provided in Exhibit M attached hereto, pursuant to which Seller shall be permitted to remain in possession of the Property post-Closing for a period of time of up to six (6) months, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section hereof.
