Seller Parcels

Seller Parcels. The Real Estate and the tracts of land legally described on Exhibit 2 attached hereto, together with all Improvements thereon, and all easements appurtenant thereto. The Seller Parcels include, without limitation, all rights of Seller and the owner of the Seller Property under the Sam's Club ECR and the Master ECR.
