Seller's Adjustments

Seller's Adjustments. For each Delivery Point, (i) all transportation costs incurred by Seller, including pipeline tariff charges, imbalance penalties, cash-out costs and other similar imbalance-related charges attributable to Third Party Gas and paid by Seller and (ii) any other costs and charges reasonably incurred by Seller in connection with its purchase of Third Party Gas.
