All plans, specifications, property condition reports, environmental assessments, geotechnical studies, soils reports, title reports, surveys, the Leases, the Contracts, the Ground Lease, Licenses and Permits and other information relating to the ownership and operation of the Property which Purchaser may reasonably request and which are in Seller's possession or under Seller's control
