Seller's Deposits. Any deposits for rooms and/or services furnished relating to the pre-closing period, including, but not limited to, all security and other deposits, advance or prepaid rents or other amounts and key money or deposits (including any interest thereon) and all money stored on deposit at the Hotel belonging to, and stored in an account for a person
