Sellers

Sellers. The Company and the Shareholder are sometimes referred to herein as the "Sellers."

Sellers. Means WSL, Wang and Shao;

Sellers. Mean Prona, Edgar Gleich, Riccardo Arduini, Moises Pinsky, Eduardo Alalou and Roberto Luiz Leme Klabin collectively.

Sellers. Mean Venture II and Kristal collectively.

Sellers. Has the meaning provided in the Recitals.

Sellers. Synovis Caribe and together with Synovis Interventional, each a "Seller"

Sellers. Atlantic Paper & Foil Corp. of N.Y., Atlantic Lakeside Properties, LLC, Atlantic Paper & Foil, LLC, Atlantic Paper & Foil of Georgia, LLC and Consumer Licensing Corporation, as Sellers (each a "Seller" and collectively, the "Sellers").

Sellers. Shall have the meaning given to that term in the PSA.

Sellers. Has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.

Means Kemper Employers Group, Inc., a Washington corporation, Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company, an Illinois domiciled mutual insurance company, Eagle Pacific Insurance Company, a Washington domiciled insurance company, and Pacific Eagle Insurance Company, a California domiciled insurance company.
