Example Definitions of "Selling Investor"
Selling Investor. Shall mean the Investor or any of its transferees subject to this Agreement proposing to make a Transfer (as defined below) of Investor Securities, which such Transfer would be subject to the first refusal and co-sale rights of the Company and/or the Investors contained in this Agreement.
