Means the second sentence in the first paragraph under "IPC Holdings, Ltd. – Relationship with AIG" and the table under "Secondary Sale by AIG" in the Preliminary Prospectus and the last half of the first sentence in "IPC Holdings – Relationship with AIG" and the table in "Plan of Distribution – Secondary Sales by AIG" in the Basic Prospectus.
