Semi-Annual Goal

Semi-Annual Goal. With respect to each of the semi-annual periods identified in paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 attached hereto, the semi-annual goals set forth therein with respect to each of (i) completion rate, (ii) on-time arrival and (iii) customer satisfaction rating (collectively, Semi-Annual Performance Categories)
