Semiconductor Device
Semiconductor Device. Means a semiconductor integrated circuit sold as a component for integration into a System, whether such integrated circuit is sold as a bare die or wafer, or as a packaged device. By way of clarification, without limitation, Semiconductor Devices include multichip modules and multichip packages that integrate multiple semiconductor integrated circuit dice into a single package, and further include Memory Devices and Logic Devices.
