Senior Assignment of Interests. That certain Assignment of Interests dated March 14, 2008 executed by Guarantor in favor of Agent for the benefit of the Senior Lenders, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Assignment of Interests dated October 30, 2009, and as the same may be further amended, extended, supplemented, consolidated, renewed, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
