Senior Collateral

Example Definitions of "Senior Collateral"
Senior Collateral. Shall mean any and all collateral now or hereafter securing any of the Senior Indebtedness.
Senior Collateral. Means all of the property and interests in property, tangible, real or personal, now owned or hereafter acquired by any Loan Party, in or upon which any Loan Party has granted a Senior Lien, and including, without limitation, all proceeds and products of such property and interests in property. 2
