Senior Credit Documents. The collective reference to the Senior Credit Agreement and any other documents, certificates, agreements or instruments executed pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Credit Agreement, as such documents may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement.
