Senior Credit Documents. Senior Credit Documents. Any document evidencing, securing or governing the Senior Obligations.
Senior Credit Documents. The Loan Agreement, the Senior Notes and the Senior Security Agreement dated as of May 21, 2004 between the Maker and the Senior Collateral Agent, all as may be from time to time amended.
