Senior Credit Facility

Senior Credit Facility. Collectively, all financial accommodations extended by the Lenders to the Maker under the Senior Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents (as defined in the Senior Credit Agreement)

Senior Credit Facility. Shall mean, at any time, the credit facility evidencing Senior Indebtedness.

Senior Credit Facility. Means the secured credit facility entered into between TeamStaff Government Solutions, Inc. and Presidential Financial Corporation, as of July 29, 2010, as guaranteed by the Company in accordance with the terms of the Corporate Guaranty executed by the Company and as such facility may be amended or replaced from time to time.

Senior Credit Facility. The credit agreement dated as of September 1, 2004 by and among the Company, Crown Americas, Inc., and the guarantors party thereto and the agents and lenders from time to time party thereto

Senior Credit Facility. Shall mean the credit agreement, referred to in the offering memorandum dated September 14, 2010 relating to the Securities as the "senior credit facility," to be entered into among the Company, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, and the lenders parties thereto from time to time.

Senior Credit Facility. The revolving credit facility and other financial accommodations evidenced by the Senior Credit Agreement, together with any related notes, guarantees, collateral documents, instruments and agreements executed in connection therewith, and in each case as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced from time to time

Senior Credit Facility. Collectively, all financial accommodations extended by Senior Lender to Company and the other "Borrowers" under the Senior Credit Agreement, including in each case, all deferrals, renewals, extensions, replacements or refundings of such facility
