Senior Creditor Agent

Senior Creditor Agent. Shall mean Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association, and its successors and assigns in its capacity as administrative and collateral agent pursuant to the Senior Creditor Agreements acting for and on behalf of the other Senior Creditors and any successor or replacement agent.
