Senior Creditor

Senior Creditor. The Senior Creditor defined in the Preamble to this Agreement. Senior Creditor shall also mean any successors or assign with respect to the Senior Indebtedness as described in the definition of Senior Indebtedness.

Senior Creditor. Any holder of Senior Obligations as such.

Senior Creditor. FCC, together with its successors and assigns, and any other bank, financial institution or other entity that refinances or replaces or from time to time holds any of the Senior Obligations.

Senior Creditor. Collectively, Senior Lenders and Senior Agent, and "Senior Creditor" means any of them individually.

Senior Creditor. Means each of the "Lenders" (as defined by the Senior Credit Agreement) from time to time party to the Senior Credit Agreement, and also includes any Person that refinances the Senior Debt in any replacement or refinancing facility that constitutes Senior Debt hereunder.

Senior Creditor. Congress Financial and any other lender that may provide financing to Debtor in replacement of Debtor's credit facility from Congress Financial, and any of their respective successors or assigns.

Senior Creditor. Shall mean the Agent and any party to the Credit Agreement as a Lender.

Senior Creditor. Holigan Racing, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, together with its successors and permitted assigns.

Senior Creditor. (i) each of the holders of promissory notes (as amended from time to time, the "Senior Notes") issued pursuant to that certain Loan Agreement dated as of May 21, 2004 (as amended from time to time) by and among the Maker and the persons and entities named therein as "Lenders" (the "Loan Agreement") and (ii) M.U.S.A. Senior Creditor. Shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto, together with its successors and assigns, including, without limitation, any participants in the Senior Debt.
