Senior Executive Bonus Plan. That certain bonus plan and the policies and performance criteria related thereto (each of which may be amended, revoked or otherwise modified from time to time) applicable to the Company's senior executives, which, among other things, sets as target bonus compensation for the Chief Executive Officer of the Company 40% of such executive's base salary and is subject to the sole discretion of the Board.
