Senior Executive

Example Definitions of "Senior Executive"
Senior Executive. Means an Eligible Employee designated, from time to time, as a Senior Executive by the Board of Directors of the Holding Company.
Senior Executive. Shall mean, with respect to a particular Party, the Chief Executive Officer of such Party, or the representative designated by such individual (provided that such representative is a senior executive officer of such Party with authority to settle the applicable Dispute submitted for resolution under Section 12.11).
Senior Executive. Any executive officer of the Company or any other officer of the Company or any of its Affiliates.
Senior Executive. A Participant who is designated as a Senior Executive by the Committee either (x) at the time a Bonus is paid under the Plan or (y) within his or her Award Letter.
