Senior Funded Indebtedness
Senior Funded Indebtedness. The sum of all Liabilities of the Borrower and each Subsidiary for borrowed money, including all Advances, the L/C Amount, and all Liabilities under the IBM Facility, but excluding any Liabilities under any Swap Contract.
