Senior Guaranty
Senior Guaranty. Shall mean that certain Continuing Guaranty and Security Agreement dated as of February 5, 2003, by and among Guarantors, certain other subsidiaries of Parent and Agent, as the same may be amended, modified, restated and supplemented from time to time.
