Example Definitions of "Senior Lien"
Senior Lien. Means the Liens in and to the Collateral granted pursuant to the Senior Loan Documents or otherwise to secure the First Priority Obligations.
Senior Lien. Means the Liens in and to the Collateral granted pursuant to the Senior Loan Security Documents or otherwise to secure the First Priority Senior Obligations.
