Senior Lienholders Obligations

Senior Lienholders Obligations. Shall mean all indebtedness, liabilities and obligations of any and every kind now or hereafter owing by the Credit Parties to the Agent and the Senior Lienholders under the Senior Lienholders Documents, even if the amount of such indebtedness, liabilities and obligations is in excess of the Senior Secured Debt Cap.
