Senior Lienholders
Senior Lienholders. Shall mean CITBC and the other lenders and financial institutions that are parties to the Senior Lienholders Loan Agreement from time to time, and any other lender or lenders refinancing or refunding all or any portion of the Senior Lienholders Obligations.
