Senior Liens. Means, the Liens securing indebtedness of Company, to banks, commercial finance lenders, insurance companies, leasing or equipment financing institutions or other lending institutions regularly engaged in the business of lending money (excluding venture capital, investment banking or similar institutions which sometimes engage in lending activities but which are primarily engaged in investments in equity securities), under an accounts receivable line of credit or a purchase order... financing line of credit; provided that the aggregate principal amount of the indebtedness secured by Senior Liens shall not exceed $20,000,000. Senior Liens. Means all liens, collateral assignments, mortgages and security interests previously or hereafter granted by any Loan Party or any other Person to Agent or the Lenders, for the benefit of Agent and/or the Lenders, and their respective successors, assigns and participants, securing in whole or in part any of the Senior Indebtedness.
Senior Liens. Means all liens, mortgages, security interests and/or other encumbrances of any nature or type, now or hereafter securing, in whole or in part, any of the Senior Debt.
