Senior Loan Agreement

Senior Loan Agreement. Means the Loan Agreement, together with any other credit agreement or loan agreement which hereafter refinances or replaces any of the credit facilities extended or made available to the Debtor under the Loan Agreement in connection with a Permitted Refinancing. 4
