Senior Management Agreements

Senior Management Agreements. Means, collectively, those Senior Management Agreements entered into on the date hereof among the Company, Medtech/Denorex Management, Inc. a Delaware corporation, and each of Peter C. Mann, Peter Anderson, Mike Fink, Gerard F. Butler, Richard Thome and Gerard P. Pecoraro or any other agreements for the 9 sale of equity securities between the Company and any employees of the Company or its Subsidiaries, as approved by the Board.

Senior Management Agreements. Means, collectively, each of the Senior Management Agreements, each dated as of September 7, 2001, between the Company, DigitalNet, and each of Ken Bajaj and Jack Pearlstein, respectively, each as amended from time to time in accordance with its terms. 12

Senior Management Agreements. Means those Senior Management Agreements between Coinmach Corporation and certain of the Executives dated on or before March 6, 2003.

Senior Management Agreements. Means the Senior Management Agreements, dated as of the date hereof, with each of Daniel S. Slipkovich, James Thomas Anderson, Samuel H. Moody and David Andrew Slusser, or any other agreements for the sale of equity securities between the Company and any employees of the Company or its Subsidiaries, as approved by the Board.

Senior Management Agreements. Those Senior Management Agreements entered into on or about the date hereof among the Company, Solera, Inc.,a Delaware corporation, and each of Tony Aquila, John Schwinn, Edward Schrenk and Michael Conway, or any other agreements designated as Senior Management Agreements for the sale of equity securities between the Company and any employees or other service providers of the Company or its Subsidiaries, as approved by the Board.
