Senior Mortgage. The Open-End Mortgage Deed and Security Agreement to be executed by EDAC in favor of Senior Lender covering the Mortgaged Property, as amended, modified, supplemented and restated from time to time in the event Senior Lender provides the Mortgage Financing.
