Senior Note Obligations

Senior Note Obligations. Shall mean the obligations of BGI and its subsidiaries under the Note Purchase Agreement, the Senior Notes, the Security Documents (as defined in the Note Purchase Agreement) and the Guaranty Agreement (as defined in the Note Purchase Agreement).
