Such amount to be included within Additional Reserves, determined and subject to automatic adjustment from time to time, as may be necessary to insure that from and after the Fourth Amendment Effective Date and continuing until the Maturity Date, the aggregate amount of all outstanding Revolving Credit Loans may not at any time exceed $14,000,000.
