Example Definitions of "Senior Notes Indenture"
Senior Notes Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of September 29, 2005, between the Issuer and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Senior Notes Indenture. Has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Senior Notes Indenture. That certain Indenture, dated as of April 19, 2001, among the Steinway Senior Notes Parties and the Senior Notes Trustee, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, including any Indenture executed in connection with a refinancing of the Senior Notes issued thereunder.
