Section 4.08 of the Indenture, dated as of December 20, 2005, by and among the Company, its subsidiaries named therein and Wachovia Bank, National Association relating to the Company's 8- 1/8% Senior Notes due 2015, and Section 4.08 of the Indenture, dated as of June 27, 2008, by and among the Company, its subsidiaries named therein and U.S. Bank National Association relating to the Company's 8- 3/4% Senior Notes due 2018.
