Example Definitions of "Senior Notes"
Senior Notes. The National City Warehouse Note, Comerica Warehouse Note, Colonial Warehouse Note and the Swing Note are collectively referred to herein as the "Senior Notes"
Senior Notes. Has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Senior Notes. Means the Notes (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) and any other promissory note executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Senior Lender from time to time, as amended, modified, renewed or extended from time to time.
