Senior Officer

Senior Officer. Means the Corporation's president, principal financial officer, or principal accounting officer, any vice president of the Corporation in charge of a principal business unit, division or function (such as sales, administration or finance), any other officer who performs a policy-making function, or any other person who performs similar policy-making functions for the Corporation. Senior Officer. Means with respect to any Person, any member of the board of directors, the chief executive officer, the chief operating officer, the chief financial officer, the president and any vice president or more senior officer of such Person.

Senior Officer. Means a corporate officer having the rank of vice president or above.

Senior Officer. Means and includes a Senior Officer as defined in the Charter of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
