Senior Secured Debt

Example Definitions of "Senior Secured Debt"
Senior Secured Debt. Shall mean all obligations, liabilities, and indebtedness of every nature of Debtor from time to time owed to HSBC Bank Canada under the credit facility dated May 12, 2011, together with annual update letter dated June 1, 2012, including, with out limitation, accrued and unpaid interest and all fees, costs and expenses, whether primary, secondary, direct, contingent, fixed or otherwise, heretofore, now and from time to time hereafter owing, due or payable.
Senior Secured Debt. Secured Funded Debt
Senior Secured Debt. The aggregate principal amount of all Indebtedness under the Loan Documents and the New Term Loan Credit Documents
Senior Secured Debt. Means, at any date, (a) all Debt of the Borrower and the Consolidated Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis other than Debt described in clause (c) of the definition of "Debt" minus (b) the portion of such Debt that is not secured by a Lien on any assets of the Borrower or the Consolidated Subsidiaries.
